Birth Balance Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must be pregnant at the time the giveaway closes.
• Proof of pregnancy may be requested before the prize is awarded.

Prize

• The winner will receive the prize package as advertised.
• Any antenatal education session included within the prize will be delivered via video call unless otherwise agreed by Birth Balance. In-person sessions may be offered at Birth Balance's discretion and are subject to location and availability.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

Entry

• Entry must be made as described within the giveaway post.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.
• Birth Balance reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the giveaway requirements.

Winner Selection

• One winner (or multiple if multiple winners are listed on the giveaway post) will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
• The winner(s) will be contacted via the social media platform on which they entered.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Birth Balance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
• All products included in the prize have been purchased independently by Birth Balance unless otherwise stated. The brands featured are not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing this giveaway.
• Birth Balance reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• By entering, participants agree that their first name and social media handle may be announced if they are selected as the winner.
