Pregnancy Q&A Session (90 Minutes)

Sometimes you don't need a full antenatal course, you just need someone experienced to answer your questions.

This private 90 minute session gives you the opportunity to ask anything about pregnancy, birth, newborn care or the postnatal period in a relaxed, informal setting. There is no set agenda; the session is completely tailored to you.

!! Please note - this session is for general information only, not personalised medical advice. I cannot review any scans or test results and this cannot be used in the event of an emergency, or if you have any concerns about your or your baby's wellbeing.

You might want to discuss:

• Pregnancy symptoms and what to expect.
• Birth options and decision making.
• Reviewing your birth preferences.
• Signs of labour and when to contact your maternity unit.
• Pain relief options.
• Induction of labour or caesarean birth.
• Infant feeding or newborn care.
• Preparing for life with your new baby.
• Recovery after birth.
• Your partner's questions and concerns.

Whether you've got a long list of questions or simply want to discuss your options with an experienced midwife, this session is designed to help you feel informed, confident and prepared for the weeks ahead.

Partners are warmly encouraged to attend at no additional cost.

Sessions are available online via video call or in person at your home (travel fee may apply if out of area).
