September Antenatal Group Course - 3 weeks

Preparing for birth shouldn't feel overwhelming.

Whether you're planning a physiological birth, an induction, an epidural or a planned Caesarean, this course is designed to help you understand your options, feel confident making decisions, and prepare for life with your new baby.

What's Included

Over three relaxed sessions, we'll cover:

Birth Planning

• Understanding your options
• Creating a flexible birth plan
• Induction of labour
• Assisted birth & Caesarean birth
• Informed decision making
• The role of your birth partner

Labour & Birth

• How labour works
• Recognising labour
• Coping techniques
• Medical and non-medical pain relief overview*
• What to expect in hospital

*The August pain relief workshop is replacing the full pain relief session on this three week course. For those not attending the August one-off session, you will receive an overview and PDF comparison guide on pain relief options with the opportunity to ask any questions re your pain relief options. 

Newborn Care & Feeding

• Your first few days with baby
• Responsive feeding
• Breastfeeding and formula feeding
• Safe sleep
• Nappy changing, bathing and newborn behaviour
• Recovery after birth

 Bonus Session

This September launch course also includes an Infant Choking Response & Safety Taster Session with Lauren from Little Lifesavers CPR, giving you practical skills and confidence for those early months.

Course Details

Duration: 3 weekly Sunday sessions;

September 13th, 20th and 27th 10am-12pm.
